About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team as Bank Support Practitioners. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community.

  • You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness.
  • You will assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • You will provide emotional support and enable individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
Requirements
  • An empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
