Your role will also involve reducing shrink/stock loss, completing reports, and working as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* First point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area
* Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area
* Targeting top incident/shrink locations on the area
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
* Reducing shrink/stock loss
* Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
* Working as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements
* Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner

Requirements:

* Experience of working as a Store Detective preferred
* A valid SG or DS SIA Licence
* Own Transport
* Ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner
* Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE
* Full five-year checkable employment history
