About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bank Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our residents.

Job Summary

  • Provide a warm welcome and assistance to customers upon arrival
  • Develop positive relationships with customers, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Handle emergency situations with confidence and composure
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the service

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable adults or young people
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and in challenging circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in using IT systems
