Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analysis and Insight Manager to join our team at esure Group. As a key member of our Senior Claims management team, you will be responsible for providing essential data, analytical, and insight support to drive business performance and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insight: Analyze financial and operational metrics, focusing on Motor and Home Claims, operational metrics, corporate metrics, supplier performance, forecasting, and saving initiatives.
  • Project Management: Support the claims transformation programme through ownership of project elements as advised.
  • Reserving Coordination: Collaborate with the actuarial reserving function to provide clarity on claims performance and challenge projections.
  • Pricing Insights: Work with the Technical Pricing team to explain claims trends and support pricing decisions.
  • Finance Collaboration: Ensure robust and detailed claims-related elements of plans and re-forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Pricing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of metrics requests from regulatory bodies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with data warehouse tools (Databricks) and visual analysis tools (Tableau).
