Roofing Technician

Fawkes and Reece are seeking a skilled Roofing Technician to join their Responsive team in West Lancashire. As a Roofing Technician, you will work in conjunction with social housing partners to undertake repair and renewal roofing works.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking repair and renewal roofing works
• Communicating effectively with schedulers, residents, and line managers
• Working safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
• Staying up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the skill area
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
• Completing work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job

Requirements:

We are looking for a Roofing Technician with a passion for roofing and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with problem-solving and multitasking skills. A driving license is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £24k + van and benefits.
