About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Addition+. As a leading global financial institution, we are committed to providing outstanding banking solutions that empower individuals and businesses alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply domain and decision-driven design experience to create innovative solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and API & microservice architecture solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement end-to-end solution architectures.
  • Document complex As-Is / Transition / Target Architectures aligned to associated roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain strategy/roadmaps, aligning diverse stakeholders across different technologies and business areas.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital/API/micro-services/big data/AWS/Azure/cloud architecture and domain-relevant software packages.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT systems design and solutions architecture within financial services, retail, or corporate sectors.
  • Domain knowledge in central services (HR, Legal, Procurement, Business Support, etc).
  • Passion for driving and leading change by creating practical, workable architectures aligned to IT principles/standards and following appropriate governance.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts (both written and verbal) and challenge/influence diverse stakeholders and colleagues.
