About the Role:

We are working in partnership with schools across Leeds to appoint a bank of Cover Supervisors for Full-time and Part-time positions. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of our students by providing high-quality lesson cover and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

You will be responsible for delivering lessons, managing student behaviour, keeping children on task, and reviewing lessons. You will also report evidence back to permanent teachers and collaborate with support staff to achieve successful learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant degree, previous experience of teaching in schools or supporting lessons, and strong references from educational establishments. You should also possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lesson cover
  • Manage student behaviour and keep children on task
  • Review lessons and report evidence back to permanent teachers
  • Collaborate with support staff to achieve successful learning outcomes

What We Offer:
