Job Description

The successful candidate will be a Plant Engineer Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team of engineers and technicians to maintain and repair plant equipment. You will also be responsible for implementing plans to improve performance and managing contractors to ensure standards and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
  • Time served in a similar role
  • People and performance management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
