The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as Head of Investment Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our investment management business. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a proactive sales strategy, leading a team of investment managers, and embedding a sales-driven culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and performance
  • Lead a team of investment managers to deliver revenue targets and manage performance
  • Embed a sales-driven culture, ensuring client needs are at the heart of our service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aligned with group objectives and meet growth targets
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador, developing exposure and reputation
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required
Requirements
  • Strong sales track record within investment management
  • Proven experience in improving sales results, embedding sales culture, and delivering excellent client service
  • Previous management of investment teams is essential
  • Strong leadership, development, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to influence, drive, and deliver
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • Effectively build formal and informal relationship networks
  • A highly motivating leader with sound investment judgment
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Astute commercial sense, strong analytical skills, and superior critical thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation and process management skills
  • A strong sense of energy, drive, and commitment
