**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Rheumatology Specialist to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board as a Locum Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience at Consultant level or references to support their transition up to Consultant level. The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages and genders, carrying out tests, and interpreting test results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and treat patients with various diseases, injuries, and conditions
- Carry out tests and interpret results
- Offer preventative care and make recommendations for a healthy lifestyle
- Make referrals to hospital consultants or other medical specialists as required
**Requirements**
- GMC registration (no need to be on the Specialist Register)
- Relevant experience at Consultant level or references to support their transition up to Consultant level
- Evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
- Pass an enhanced background check (DBS)
**Estimated Salary:** £100 - £120 per hour
