About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Environment Manager to join our team at Detectronic Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 80079:34, and ISO 14001.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Chair QMS meetings and support the introduction of new products into our quality management systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and environmental procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and environmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality and environmental management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 80079:34, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
