Hunter AHP Resourcing invites applications from motivated and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners for a Triage Lead position. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the IAPT service.

About the Position:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of care in clinical triage.
  • Liaise with the triage team to ensure seamless coordination of services and effective case management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain protocols and pathways that optimize resource utilization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the triage team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Implement supervision and training programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fully qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with a minimum of two years' experience.
