About the Role

The Centre for Information Resilience is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Partner Manager to join its Project Management Team. This key role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the organisation's standards and those of its donors, while planning, implementing, and optimising supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and security.

As a Strategic Supply Chain Partner Manager, you will conduct comprehensive reviews of existing supply chain partners, assess their performance against contractual obligations and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.

You will also analyse existing supply chain processes in line with project objectives, develop strategies for year two of the contract to address gaps in performance and service delivery, and strengthen relationships with supply chain partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in risk management and security protocols in supply chain operations, and knowledge of supply chain management best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing supply chain partners
  • Analyse existing supply chain processes in line with project objectives
  • Develop strategies for year two of the contract to address gaps in performance and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position is based in London, UK, and requires 5 days per week (8hrs workday) input. CIR encourages applicants from under-represented communities.
