Job Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walker & Sloan.

About the Role: As a key member of our quantity surveying team, you will assist with tasks such as cost estimation, contract administration, and preparing financial reports. You will gain hands-on experience in managing the financial aspects of groundworks projects, learning from senior team members, and gradually taking on more responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the quantity surveying team with cost estimation and contract administration
  • Prepare financial reports and gain hands-on experience in managing groundworks projects
  • Learn from senior team members and take on more responsibilities as you develop your skills

Requirements: You should have a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, or some experience in a similar role.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus a comprehensive package, including a car allowance, pension, and holiday.
