Swimming Teacher for SEN School

This is a full-time position that requires a qualified Swimming Teacher to deliver tailored lessons to students with special educational needs.
The school's curriculum aims to provide a stimulating, creative, and fun learning environment that sets high expectations for every child.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering swimming lessons that cater to students' individual needs
- Assessing students' swimming abilities and providing feedback and support
- Creating a safe and inclusive swimming environment for all students
- Collaborating with SEN teachers to ensure individualized learning plans are met
- Maintaining accurate records of students' progress and achievements
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Swimming Teacher certification
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Valid lifeguard qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
