About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction packages and ensuring they are delivered in line with commercial expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects. You will be based mostly onsite, working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver a large student accommodation project in the heart of Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your construction expertise and knowledge of the development cycle. You will be working on complex, busy, and technical projects that will boost your skill set within the construction industry.
