Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
    • Ensure all facilities are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
    • Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Budgeting and Planning
    • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and facilities-related expenses.
