Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lawyer to join our team as a Clinical Negligence Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases across all aspects of Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation.

With a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, we are looking for a lawyer with the ambition to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, representing a variety of clients, including NHS Resolution, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
⁠ Manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work
⁠ Represent clients in a variety of cases across all aspects of Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation
⁠ Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
⁠ Work alongside an established team to handle a variety of cases

Requirements:
⁠ Experience with NHS Resolution or Medical Defence Organisations is desirable
⁠ Pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of Clinical Negligence claims
⁠ Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal issues
