Job Summary:

ECS Resource Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve account-level sales and penetration objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Drive utilization of our product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, and wound care nurses.
  • Provide clinical training and education to customers to improve surgical site infection knowledge.
  • Support clinical trials and product testing to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  • Participate in customer events, such as congresses and workshops, to showcase our expertise and build brand awareness.
  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the medical industry, preferably with a background in healthcare.
  • Ability to interact successfully with customers and sell, teach, and train in the specialized patient warming marketplace.
  • Sales experience within the medical or life science industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • A life science or business degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential.

Geographic Territory:

The sales territory will cover a range of London boroughs, including Twickenham, Havering, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Newham, Croydon, Sutton, Southwark, Lambeth, Kingston, Richmond, City and Hackney, Hounslow, and Central London.
