We are expanding our sales organization in the UK & Ireland and are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as Territory Manager.

Salary

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Your primary objective will be to identify and develop opportunities for Control Rooms solutions in targeted markets and accounts.

You will work closely with different teams within the organization, such as Product Management and technical experts, and participate in regular training from Barco HQ in Belgium.

Your responsibilities will also include managing the sales cycle in CRM, developing and negotiating proposals, and tracking business opportunities and performance.

In addition, you will assist in trade shows and events within the region and provide guidance to field marketing on best possibilities to reach the communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies.
  • Commercial experience in project, value, and solution sales.
  • Strong experience in working with a network of end users, consultants, system integrators, and partners.
  • Prospecting skills, ability to combine commercial and technical skills, and high-level sales negotiation abilities.
