Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Trafford
Daily rate: £140-£200
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a local SEN School. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in promoting the academic and social development of SEND children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the academic and social development of SEND children.
- Plan and deliver tailored learning, adapting resources to the needs of the students and deliver effective teaching strategies.
- Provide a safe environment and have extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to support pupil progress.
Requirements:
- QTS or ECT.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Knowledge and experience in Special Education and knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
- Confidence and ability to adapt to any situation, and confidence working with SEND children.
- Be a passionate and empathetic educator.
- Team Teach Training
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure on update register
