Job Description: Customer Experience Manager Store

FENDI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager Store to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
