At Absolute Taste, we are seeking a skilled Meat Specialist to join our team at Wykham Farm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Meat team in all daily operations of the department, ensuring every guest has an exceptional shopping experience and consistently providing the best quality cuts of meat.

We pride ourselves on our Wykham Park ethos, which includes producing and selling our own home-grown produce, including vegetables and own-reared lambs and cattle, all sold through our shop to ensure the freshest ingredients and premium quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory control and management

• Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying meat

• Serving customers over the counter and providing exceptional customer service

• Preparing meat for cooking use by utilizing various cutting, tying, and trimming techniques

• Maintaining and cleaning the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety guidelines

• Experience handling carcasses to cut primals is preferred
