About the Role

At Swift, we're looking for a skilled Software Tester to join our Web Platform squad in Belgium/London. As a Software Tester, you'll be part of a dynamic software development team environment where your testing skills will be crucial to the delivery of mission-critical financial software to the global financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to identify system requirements, develop effective strategies, and test plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Report bugs and errors to the team
  • Help troubleshoot issues

What We're Looking For

  • Curious, eager to learn, and to educate others
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of computing (IT, computer engineering, computer science, informatics)
  • Experience in testing is an asset
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks is an added advantage
  • Testing methodology certification (e.g., ISTQB) is an added advantage
