Job Title: Document Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team at ENG Bauen. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing project-related documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute project-related documentation to the internal team
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Maintain company reputation in all dealings with the public and stakeholders
- Work in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
- Distribute drawing transmittals and submittals to clients
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Document Controller for EPC/Engineering companies
- Previous experience with document management systems, including document issuance and document archive activities
- Exceptional administration and organizational skills for document storage and upkeep of the document register
- Experience with Omega PIMS Document Control Module or similar document control software would be an advantage
- Experience expediting vendor documentation would be an advantage
