Healthcare Equity Project Manager

As a dynamic and skilled Senior Project and Implementation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting NHS and key health service stakeholders to implement recommendations and embed anti-racism policy and practices across the system.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, maintaining project management tools, and documentation to support project delivery;
- Collecting, analysing, and compiling data and information;
- Preparing papers, presentations, and briefings for meetings, workshops, and other events;
- Undertaking desk-based research to support development of the RHO Implementation programme;
- Developing and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders;
We are looking for someone who is passionate about addressing racial and ethnic health inequalities, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience of managing projects in complex environments. You should also have a strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, prioritise work effectively, and work to strict deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, experience of communicating with, and presenting to, a variety of audiences, and experience of organising and delivering events and online webinars.
