Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection Engineer to join our team at Construction Professionals Recruitment in London, Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in fire risk assessments and compliance to work with us.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal and external fire risk assessments, advising clients on fire safety compliance, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  2. Advise clients on fire safety compliance, ensuring that their buildings meet industry standards and regulations.
  3. Work closely with clients, contractors, developers, clerk of works, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
  4. Lead aspects of a growing team, reporting directly to the Delivery Director, and assist in the growth, development, and structure of a small team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in fire risk assessments and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
