Job Overview

StartMonday, a leading manufacturer in the shower sector, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of shower products in both domestic and commercial customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers' premises to repair or replace showers that are already fitted in place.
  • Perform tasks such as changing cartridges, heating elements, digital shower boxes, or upgrading/changing showers.
  • Work independently from home, with a company van, training, and spares provided.
Requirements:
  • Plumber, Plumbing, Multi-Trade, Bathroom Installation, or Heating Engineer experience.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Live within the listed or surrounding area.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of £31,000.
  • A bonus scheme and overtime opportunities, leading to earnings in excess of £35k.
  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule (40 hours).
