Job Title: Director of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Marketing to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing and communications strategy to raise awareness of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team of 4, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and PR agency relationships to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects our values and culture.
  • Support sales personnel with marketing collateral and events to drive sales and revenue.
  • Utilize analytics to drive website performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive performance marketing across all channels to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee social media, email marketing, and CRM systems to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and executing a b2b marketing strategy, with a strong understanding of the travel industry.
  • Experience leading a high-performance marketing team and managing budgets.
  • Exposure to building and delivering global campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM, social media, performance, and content marketing.
  • Experience using web analytics to drive business decisions.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • A hybrid policy with 3 days per week in our Central Manchester office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
