We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sport to lead our diverse and dynamic sports programme. As Director, you will develop and oversee the strategic vision for sports at our undisclosed location, ensuring inclusivity, participation, and high achievement.

Responsibilities include:

✓ Developing and implementing a comprehensive sports strategy aligned with our school's values and mission.

✓ Leading and managing a team of sports coaches and staff to deliver high-quality sports programmes.

✓ Collaborating with colleagues to promote sports participation and achievement across the school.

✓ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local sports clubs and organizations.

✓ Ensuring the effective management of sports facilities and resources.

As Director of Sport, you will be an inspirational leader who can motivate and inspire staff and students alike. You will have a proven track record of success in sports development and leadership, and a deep understanding of the importance of sports in education.
