Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare M&A Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-border and international M&A services team, you will advise clients on acquisitions, divestments, buy-outs, and capital raisings in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A transactions, with expertise in deal management, client relationships, and business development. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on M&A transactions in the healthcare sector
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for client engagements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A transactions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
