About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Practice Support Specialist to join our team in Shropshire, Cheshire and Wrexham. As an Area Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting practices' utilisation of dashboards and reporting suites based on financial and non-financial performance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance, working closely with the Area Director to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to practice teams, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with practice teams to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced family-friendly policies, learning and development opportunities, and more.
