Teaching Assistant Level 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Level 2. This is a busy role that requires knowledge of day-to-day financial processes, combined with exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teaching and learning opportunities under the guidance of teaching staff and SENCO for an EYFS pupil with significant additional needs.
- Engage and support pupils in their personalised curriculum through a variety of strategies.
- Maintain and promote the Christian ethos of the school.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent)
- Relevant recent experience within the primary age range
- Experience of working 1:1 with a pupil
- Experience of supporting pupils with significant additional needs
- A supportive and committed leadership team
- A positive and caring ethos with the children at the heart of all we do
- A strong commitment to the professional development of all staff members
