About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide exceptional surgical care to patients, working closely with our team of Consultants and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of surgical diagnosis, treatment, and care to inpatients, day patients, and outpatients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Consultants and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct clinical audits and contribute to the development of our medical team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff, both orally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Qualified surgeon on the GMC specialist register.
  • Experience of working in general surgery, especially laparoscopic procedures (hernia repair and cholecystectomy).
  • Able to conduct clinical audits and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
What We Offer
  • Salary of up to £120,000 depending on experience.

  • No on-call commitment, but you must be prepared to assess patients urgently in person on the unit.
