About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Through Life Engineer to join our Customer Support & Services (CSS) organisation. As a key member of our integrated project team, you will be responsible for influencing product design for support and developing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a focus within the project for progressing design for support objectives and the exploitation of new and existing technologies to facilitate through life support.
  • Work alongside other functions such as Reliability, Human Factors, Training and Technical Authors to ensure seamless support solutions.
  • Apply Supportability Engineering techniques such as Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis to drive cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in the application of Supportability Engineering techniques.
  • Strong understanding of product design and development processes.
