About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated nursery practitioner to join our team at this highly regarded nursery in the heart of Notting Hill. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop engaging learning activities that meet the needs of children aged 0-5, aligned with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities- To contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality educational programs, ensuring seamless integration with the EYFS curriculum.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive relationships among staff and children.
- Provide exceptional care and support to children, addressing their unique needs and abilities.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, maintaining open communication regarding their child's progress and development.
- A minimum of QTS, Montessori Diploma, or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating expertise in early years education.
- Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration among team members and building trust with families.
