Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at FCC Environment. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and expenses to employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, including manual calculations of gross to net, tax coding notices, benefits in kind, statutory/contractual/voluntary deductions, and RTI/Auto enrolment legislation. You will also possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and formulas.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to process payrolls, manage bonus payments, pension deductions, and AEO deductions, as well as ensure all claim forms received from employees are appropriately authorized. Your attention to detail and ability to meet processing deadlines will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,462.08 per annum, plus benefits, including 25 days' annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays, pension scheme, life insurance, discretionary bonus scheme, on-the-job training/progression, recognition, flexible benefits, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and the Best Doctors Service.
