The Building Performance Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our asset programme and maintaining high-quality homes with long-term investment plans at Home Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Building Surveying and Asset Delivery team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

You will be responsible for undertaking building surveying and inspections to provide creative solutions that maximise asset performance. You will also analyse existing stock data and collect information from specialist consultants to prepare long-term investment plans. Additionally, you will deliver bespoke projects from initial findings through specification, appointing project teams, and driving forward to completion.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • MRICS or MCIOB accreditation or equivalent strong experience built up through your working profession.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 34 days' leave, health cash plan, pension scheme, and life insurance.
