About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Director to lead our technology teams in delivering innovative solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and shaping our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology teams in delivering large-scale projects globally.
  • Mentor and coach Tech Leads and Architects to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
  • Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards.
  • Train people in Agile best practices and act as Scrum Master.
  • Recommend strategic code reuse opportunities across the company.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English skills.
  • Being an expert in at least one major technology and business domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in system engineering or related studies.
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies, processes, and technical team leadership.
