About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our team at Lavazza Professional UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying new electrical and electronic systems for our vending machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new electrical and electronic sub-assemblies and components
  • Create and maintain design and manufacturing specifications for new and existing electrical and electronic products
  • Manage internal electrical and electronic developments from concept to introduction, ensuring adherence to process, specifications, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality products
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and suppliers
Requirements
  • Honours degree in electronics or a related field
  • Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Engineering Council
  • Strong understanding of electrical design theory and practice, including analogue, power, and digital circuits
  • Experience with electronics CAD tools, such as Altium, and electronic circuit simulation and design analysis software
  • Knowledge of legal standards and their application in the electrical and electronics industry
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
