Senior CBT CAMHS Service Provider

This senior specialist therapist position focuses on providing a high-quality, specialist CBT service to clients within the Bromley CAMHS Generic Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations while working autonomously within professional guidelines.
Key responsibilities include utilizing research skills for audit, policy, and service development, as well as contributing to overall service delivery as required.
Estimated salary for this role is £43,877 - £56,134 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a recognized qualification in a core mental health profession, have completed a postgraduate accredited qualification in CBT, and hold relevant up-to-date registration.
Desirable skills include experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision, as well as the application of psychological therapy in different cultural contexts.
Camhs experience and ability to use CYP IAPT outcome measures are also desirable.
