Job Summary
We are looking for a Community Care Assistant to provide support to our clients in their own homes. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in low-level clinical care and work closely with our Branch Nurses and Care Staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompting and administering medication
- Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as domestic duties and personal care
- Maintaining and updating reports, such as care plans
- Undertaking training for Complex Care Interventions
