We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Limited. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assess and respond to candidate applications, client queries, and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of our recruitment systems, including trackers and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Write and publish job advertisements, manage job boards, and regularly update vacancy postings on our website.
- Develop and improve our current processes and procedures, adopting a 'best-practice' approach and identifying opportunities to guarantee the best service for clients and candidates alike.
Requirements
- A professional attitude and a real desire to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.
- An effective communicator with a confident telephone manner and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and superb IT skills are essential for this role.
- Previous recruitment, admin, customer service, or resourcing experience would be highly advantageous.
- A passion for food would be a plus, as we work within the food sector.
