Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Baristas and ensure the smooth operation of the coffee store.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality of coffee.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to drive excellence in coffee quality.
- Contribute to team success and growth through effective communication and collaboration.
