Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing psychological therapies to adults with a wide range of mental health problems.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage your own caseload within the specialty area, utilizing specialist techniques and maintaining clinical records. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will have an honours degree in psychology, eligible for GBR, and a postgraduate Masters-level degree in Psychological Therapy. They will also possess strong communication skills, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and experience in training and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide psychological therapies to adults with anxiety and depressive disorders
- Manage own caseload using specialist techniques and maintain clinical records
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Honours degree in psychology (eligible for GBR)
- Postgraduate Masters-level degree in Psychological Therapy
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience in training and consultation
- A minimum of 27 days annual leave increasing with length of service

$62,000 - $72,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time positions
