Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Commercial Services Group. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Halton Borough Council, to understand their workforce planning needs and deliver excellent customer service through fit-for-purpose recruitment solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be an advocate of the Commercial Services Group brand, maintaining a strong relationship with our stakeholders and delivering high-quality recruitment services. You will be responsible for:
- Building rapport and developing working relationships with key stakeholders to understand their vision and workforce planning needs
- Arranging interviews and receiving feedback as appropriate
- Taking ownership of candidate aftercare, ensuring regular contact with workers and timely payment
- Ensuring legal and contractual compliance requirements are met before candidates begin work
- Providing client aftercare once a worker has started a new position, maintaining support for retention of their worker
- Providing each direct worker with set-up details for the pay and bill system and allowing access to the Candidate Portal
- Reviewing all CVs received and uploading qualified CVs to the Client Portal
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working within a recruitment agency, ideally in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment
- Previous use of a Recruitment CRM system
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience and circumstance
- Proficient use of IT, including Microsoft Office packages
- Capability of organizing and prioritizing your workload to deliver against multiple activities
