At Activate Group Limited, we're looking for a skilled Quality Controller to join our team at our state-of-the-art body shop in Mildenhall. As a Quality Controller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all body repairs and paintwork meet our defined quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re-work is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Accurately complete all quality control documentation to Activate Group Limited standards.
  • Meet bodyshop set targets, such as 10 vehicles per day.
  • Adhere to all BS10125 standards.
  • Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the repair industry, vehicle legislation, and trade practices.
  • Knowledge of the repair process.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The confidence to highlight issues constructively and explain the repair process in simple terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others.
