Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Security Officer to join our team at the Drake Circus Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our customers, retailers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the site is safe and secure
- Provide guidance to retailers on management regulations and procedures
- Assist in diffusing incidents and situations that arise within the centre
- Perform daily general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment
- Participate in statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and adhere to all relevant rules and regulations
- Act as a designated card holder in the event of an evacuation
- Provide first aid assistance to members of the public
About You:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
- A valid Door Supervisor SIA license is required
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- You should be physically fit and able to carry out the duties described
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
