Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for 100+ clients, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll calculations, as well as liaising with HMRC and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for 100+ clients, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly calculations
  • Liaise with HMRC to ensure compliance with tax and national insurance regulations
  • Process PAYE, National Insurance, and Construction Industry Scheme payments
  • Manage NEST pensions and bonuses
  • Communicate with clients to manage their expectations and resolve any issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in overseeing an entire payroll function
  • Accountancy practice experience is essential
  • Immediate availability is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills are required
