Live-In Care Professional Role

As a Live-In Care Professional with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication prompts, personal care, and household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medication prompts and personal care
  • Support with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Support clients to maintain their independence

Requirements:

  • Professional care experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Registration with the SSSC and PVG membership

Shift Patterns:

  • 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off

Pay Breakdown:

  • Basic weekly pay: £805-£910
  • Weekly food allowance: £35
  • Travel expenses: up to £75 per month
